Do you accept walk-ins?
Walk-ins are welcome when we have availability, but booking is the best way to lock your spot and avoid wait time.
What happens if I’m running late?
If you’re a few minutes late, we’ll do our best to accommodate you. If you’re significantly late, we may need to reschedule to stay on time for other clients.
Do you do beard work and enhancements?
Yes — beard work and water-resistant enhancements are included in select packages. If you’re unsure, choose the Houston Package or ask us when booking.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major cards and cash. If you have a question about deposits or booking confirmation, just reach out before your appointment.
Do you cut kids?
Yes — kids are welcome. For the best experience, book a time when your child is comfortable and bring a reference photo if you have one.
